The Pulsing Release Module 2 (PRM 2) from HeyGears is an advanced hardware module designed to dramatically enhance the efficiency and quality of your MSLA 3D printing workflow. Compatible with the Reflex 2 Series 3D printers (including the Reflex 2 and Reflex 2 Pro models) , the PRM 2 utilises an innovative system to reduce the peeling force, minimise supports, and improve the surface quality of your prints.
 
How It Works: Advanced Pulse Control
 
The PRM 2's core functionality is rooted in its Advanced Pulse Control. During the printing process, the module generates a cycle of positive and negative pressure within the Pulsing Release Resin Tank's release film. This is achieved through periodic inflation and deflation, which creates a larger peeling angle. By increasing the peeling angle, the force required to separate the newly cured layer from the release film is significantly reduced.
The module must be used with a Pulsing Release Resin Tank, which features a two-layer structure and airflow guiding strips. This design ensures a consistent oscillating movement of the film at the same frequency across the entire printing area.
