The HBD-150D supports full base-plate printing, capable of producing 235 dental crowns in a single print. It has a high printing output, efficiently producing 200-300 units in just 3-4 hours. For standard partial dentures, it achieves a production rate of 12-14 pieces within 3-3.5 hours.

The HBD-150D includes dental data processing software. This software features automatic layout, support addition, intelligent slicing, and scanning path planning. It seamlessly integrates with the equipment's execution software, providing automatic error correction and easy operation.

The HBD-150D offers parameter packages for various materials, including titanium alloy and cobalt chromium alloy. It supports an open powder system, allowing collaboration with third-party material testing and providing corresponding process parameters.
